When it comes to nightgowns, they are much thinner than they used to be, so I try to double layer them if I want to wear them in the house with family other than my husband around. It breathes well and it is very very lightweight. You can see through it.COLORThe color is a beautiful cotton candy pink.PERFORMANCEAs I said, I got this to wear under a sleeveless nightgown that is thin cotton. It works perfectly. It does not make me sweat and it is very soft to sleep in. I would never wear this alone as it is far too see through.THE BOTTOM LINEA really soft beautiful fabric, this is too thin to wear alone, but for me under a sleeveless nightgown it is a great liner for cooler weather.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. This should be a bit thicker than it is. It works for what I got it for though, so I am still going to use this.
