Cheap and Unimpressive Birthday Decorations
These decorations WERE a huge letdown. The cheaply-made banners and balloons didn't last through the whole party. The colors were dull and the overall appearance was underwhelming. The only positive was the included party favors which were decent Toys and Games. However, I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone looking for quality party supplies. .
