I am 5'4" and have chicken legs and a very short torso. When laced (you'll have to do it yourself), the leggings are comfortably tight, come just up to my navel, and go down to just above my ankles. The tag was not attached and the plastic lace ends were missing. There was one tiny piece of the lace ends included in a separate bag with the laces, but not enough to use. I was able to easily melt the ends of the laces closed, so I would NOT recommend wearing these around fire.
