Defective Tool Ruined My Windshield

This automotive repair tool left my windshield with scratches and scuffs... Even though I followed the instructions carefully, the star shape ended up causing more damage than I started with. The only positive is that the tool is cheap, but I WOULD much rather spend a little extra money on a tool that actually works properly. Overall a disappointing experience with this body repair tool from the Automotive Tools & Equipment category..
