I am using retin-a and my face is basically falling off in small flakey chunks. Eww! I did a bunch of research and dermatologists recommend ceramide or AHA moisturizers to help combat the dryness and flaking. I tried ceramide moisturizers and they sting and clog my pores, which is counter productive since I'm on retin-a to combat acne. Picked up Advanced Clinicals AHA and Tea Tree gel overnight moisturizer masks and am impressed by the results. Normally I would wake up and my face would be gross and peeling off with use of other moisturizers. AC moisturizers are actually sealing in moisture!
