The vacuum is easy to use; my favorite features are the laminate brush and the medium power setting, which allow me to clean for 20 to 30 minutes without recharging. Con: Even with once-weekly use, the motor burned up after a year and a half. The 2-year warranty on the vacuum cleaner is a huge relief. After my request to support, the master technician promptly arrived at my home to swap out the broken motor. While the quality of service is above average (5+ stars), the reliability is questionable (once the warranty expires, the cost to replace the motor is roughly $10,000).
