I just received this pants before a snow storm and was looking forward to trying it out. First off, the fleece liner was very comfy and warm. I'm 5'6" 150 and the medium fits me very well. Feels like a 32x32 on me so hope that helps some of make your size choice. The pockets are nice. I wish the two main front pockets were larger and deeper. I was hiking and sitting during the snow storm and while snow is dry all the snow melted on me but my legs were bone dry. So far I'm very satisfied with its comfort, warmth, and waterproof. Hope it last me some years. I just order some more too. Hope this helps.
