I literally put these on on day 2 while still in the hospital, vaginal delivery. I wore it faithfully everyday and night yes you read that correctly for 6 weeks and by day 11 my stomach was back to prepregnancy shape this was baby #2 for me. But I continued with it for the first 6 weeks since we all know those are the most critical timing post baby. I loved the compression on it I bought a medium and it fit snug enough to hold things in as the weeks went by it got big on me. Now pregnant with baby #3 I will surely be using these again!
