Since being diagnosed with M.S., and no longer being able to be active, I have gained some weight. I now wear about a 42 waist jean but was looking for something different. I found some other fisherman pants that said they had a 56 inch waist but really have a 46 inch waist. These pants have a 56 inch waist. No fooling, so if you need bigger pants. these are perfect. They are made of much better quality cotton than other brands I've tried. They are very comfy whether you're itty bitty or bigger.
