This top gave me the exact 80's power woman vibe that I was trying to achieve. The shoulder pads are lightweight and you'll honestly forget that they are there. The length of the top is great for tucking in to pants and just long enough to leave untucked if you want. After one wash, the fabric is still holding up, so that's great!
