Got this as a gift for our wedding. Was great until it stopped working ( seemed as if one wheel was stuck possibly like one side of the Motor went out) contacted customer service through email and explained this was a gift we did not have order #. I was told they could help once I sent videos or pictures. I sent in all the all requested info and they have no not responded in over 5 days. Don’t waste your money since they can’t even back up their products! Purchased the Ambrot robot vacuum and it is amazing! Much cheaper and gets the job does 10x better! STAY CLEAR OR THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS
