Buttons held power and volume down on phone putting it in a continuous reboot cycle
Had to trim the buttons on the inside so that the phone was not forced into a reboot and reset cycle.
Had to trim one of the buttons about 2 mm. Once that was done the cover has met its desired function without problem.
