I am using it for my high heels but sadly I am not sure if it is the shoes or what. I left the shoe stretcher in the shoes for 23 days and my shoes did not stretch. I believe it is the actual shoe and not the product. I have not used anything else but the part to stretch the shoes so I am not sure how everything else works.

Not bad does what it's designed.

Минусы

It may not be effective on shoes that are already stretched out
