Great Replacement best in my review
I had two doors that had this type of closure, both had failed and thus the doors obviously wouldn't stay closed. Bought these to replace the failed ones and found them to be a perfect replacement with an added feature, they can be adjusted to get the right "tension" in the ball to hold the doors closed better. I found these to be outstanding replacements and thus would highly recommend!

- May not work well for doors that are frequently opened and closed
