I’m fairly new to the waist trainers but I’ve had a few so I know what I don’t like. The trainer is fairly simple to put on and is comfortable on my skin. The Velcro doesn’t irritate me and it stays in place during strenuous activity as well as walking around. I wore it for two days and once I was working and the other I was working out. I enjoyed having it on for both and it offered some lower back support. The neoprene makes you sweat but it isn’t over wearing if you wanted to wear it during the day. I can’t think of a thing wrong and for that, it’s a solid five.
