I originally bought anther Banglijian model, in August, 2019, but the amplification was too much. I returned it and had an immediate refund. Kaven suggested that I try the Ziv-201 model, which I bought in September, 2019 and a second one in December, 2019. Because I wear glasses I had to use the thin tube, but it was too short to fit in my ear properly. Kaven sent me directions, with pictures, which showed me how to lengthen the tube. At first I thought that I wasn't going to waste my time, but since he sent me extra parts to allow for the change, at no charge, I decided to try his suggestion. It only took a few minutes, and I thought that the fix wouldn't last very long, but now a year later they are still perfect. I use a timer that I bought to use on my outdoor Christmas lights, which I set for 2 hours every night, and the batteries last from morning until I go to bed. I use the lowest settings and occasionally turn the volume up and sometimes turn them off when someone is talking or singing too loud.These aids replaced my $4,000 Siemens hearing aids, which I never cared for.
