I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

It works as intended, the assembly is of high quality and durable, no backlashes were noticed. I use to connect my Galaxy S20 phone to a monitor to use DEX, it transmits 4k resolution at 30 frames. All USB ports also work fine, the keyboard and mouse also function when connected to a monitor.
