Excellent customer service
Headphones stopped working 1 year and a week after purchase. Looked up the warranty and found it to be 1 year. Emailed Zohan customer service to see if they would still honor the warranty even though it had expired. To my amazement, they said "absolutely", and a replacement pair arrived 3 days later. Great experience!
- Easy to set up: Setting up the headphones is very simple and does not require any technical knowledge
- No option to control the radio station from the headphones themselves
