Not useable - my new review
All 30 of these were dried out. Some of them had white tips, they never had any ink in them at all. While they are inexpensive, they aren’t worth the trouble of having to get a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would as the product is not useable at all.

- The ink can bleed even on high-quality cardboard
