I bought these inserts to replace the ones that came with my decorative pillows. I'm so glad I read the reviews that said to buy the insert two inches bigger than your pillow cases. I bought the 20" inserts and they filled out my 18" throw pillows perfectly. Nice and full without being overstuffed. I can't attest to comfort since these are decorative throws and not being slept on, however I am extremely pleased at the way they look and feel.
