I purchased 8x24' (1.0 oz/yd) covers from the same company last year. I wanted to reorder them this year but they were not going to arrive as soon as I wanted and besides I wanted a 10' width. The 10' ones were not the same as the smaller size, which I found out were 'thickened'. The 10x33' ones I got were 1.06 oz/yd but are thinner and don't look as durable. But the main surprise is that the new ones are only listed as giving protection to 38 degrees (not even down to freezing) while the 'thickened' ones were good to about 24 degrees. To get the same level of protection, I will have to double them up. So, buyer beware. The thickened sheets appear to be much better for freeze protection.
