Runs large ! for my opinion
I'm 5ft 5 and 200 ibs. I'm pretty busy and I usually run XL. I seen the reviews this runs large so I got a got thr size Large instead of an XL and I wish I got a Medium ! This is long ! go 2 sizes down Its huge !
