This laptop STAND was a big disappointment for us. Based on our own experience, it causes more harm than good. While it claims to be ergonomic it actually caused more strain on our neck and back. The dissipation feature did not work as advertised and our computers still overheated. the only positive was that it was compatible with different laptops. However, we cannot recommend this product due to its uncomfortable and unreliable design..
