I had realist expectations. They don't treat the car seat as a delicate item unless you are watching. The bag was dusty and had some slight rips on it as expected being stuffed under the plane. I have another trip coming up if it holds up I'm good with the purchase.
- Use it once to put a car seat plus other stuff for a flight with no issues.
