Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.
The chair's components are of very poor quality, the headrest is ineffective and uncomfortable, and it is unbalanced overall. I paid 13k for it, however considering the issues with eco-leather, that kind of money is not worthwhile (8–10 at most). It is preferable to purchase Thubderx TC3 at a discount.
