Even when it's extended all the way, it's way too short for a mini SUV like the Saturn Ion that I've got. It was essentially useless for the cold weather in the past few days with thick ice. I was pretty sure it was going to break if I tried to get the thinner ice, let alone the thicker stuff that we don't normally get in the South. If you live in colder weather regions, absolutely don't look at this. I thought the negative reviews were just normal negative reviews that every item gets, but nope.I'm not at all impressed with this ice scraper and am on the look out for yet another one big enough and sturdy enough for my car.
