Even while the product itself is unique, the packaging, which was just regular kraft cardboard, was somewhat embarrassing. However, as they were shipping it out, they made a mistake, and the regular model arrived rather than the long one that had been ordered. On the same day, a reply was issued, but there was radio quiet for the next six days.
