Holes not positioned in correct place o cannot install.
Not designed correctly.These are blanks meant to cover empty outlet boxes. However the screw holes are not spaced for empty switch outlet boxes. Empty outlet boxes have screw holes spaced 3.25 inches apart. These covers holes are spaced 2.33 inches apart and that spacing only happens when the outlet contains a switch and since these are blanks there is no hole for the switch to protrude from, so no go.
