исправил проблему. но
это замена того же переключателя, который прослужил всего 2 или 3 года. И когда он выходит из строя, вы не можете запустить косилку без подключения машины к сети. Дороже, чем я думал или предполагал. Пришлось иметь его. Не уверен, что есть лучше. Посмотрим, сколько продержится этот.
