I find it relaxing to set it and then just chill as it goes through its program. It is nice to be able to get a leg massage anytime and anywhere with this device.Immediately upon opening the box for the first time I could see that everything looked high quality and well made. This is important since it has to withstand the air pressure. It was simple to put together and use. There aren't many connections and they are all obvious as to how they fit together.If you get all the air out of the leg pieces you can fit everything back in the original box. A large backpack or duffel bag might make for easier carrying though.
