I bought one of these as a Christmas gift. It arrived and I was very pleased with it. It is not too big or bulky, and wraps nicely around the neck. It is comfortable to use. I realized after I got it that it was a perfect gift for two other friends as well who experience a lot of neck pain, so I ordered two more. They were a hit with each recipient. The moan of pleasure when each person tried it for the first time made me laugh, but reinforced the fact I had picked a good gift for each person that will give them repeated relief. I am ordering another one now as a birthday gift for another friend. The only thing is I wish the cover was removable and washable. This is small enough to take with you traveling, and the fact it is not anything that needs to be plugged in, makes it easy to use in bed, on a couch, in a recliner, or in the car. It is very comforting. I had a similar product for myself for years and even used it post surgery while in the hospital, a couple times. The nurses were impressed with it. if you want a nice gift for someone in the hospital recovering or at home recovering, this beats flowers, and can be used repeatedly.
