Functional and quality is average.
This stand assembles easily. My only complain is that the fit isn't top-notch. The joints slide together easily but wiggles about a little. This doesn't affect the function of the stand but the arms that support the laptop moves about a little so its not as sturdy as it should be. Overall, this product is worth its price if on sale - $24. $20 would have been a fair price considering the quality, but all other options are over-priced currently.Note to manufacture - remove your ugly logo on the stand. It doesn't add to the perceived quality of the stand. Makes it look cheap.
