Wow, great bench for the money
This bench is comfortable to sit on, sturdy with metal that feels solid. The assembly was quick and made easier because the wrenches were included. Moving the bench from horizontal to other positions is easy as the knob which gets pulled out is the same mechanisms as used in gyms. It also folds up easily to stow in a corner. I highly recommend this bench.
- It can be used for a variety of exercises, including bench presses, curls, and leg extensions
- It may not be suitable for people who want a lot of variety in their home workouts
