I bought this dress for a last minute formal event. I'm 7 months post partum and none of the dresses I currently own fit after having my baby. For reference I'm 5ft7, 205lbs, and a 36G in the chest area; true hourglass figure. I purchased this dress in size large which worked just fine since the dress has alot of stretch. The only thing to be aware of is the material is not very thick but not see through. I wore shape wear to smooth out my mommy pooch and you could see the lines from the shape wear under the dress if you looked closely. So I took off the shape wear in the restroom and the problem was solved. You do have to wear a halter or strapless bras with this dress to avoid showing bra straps. It's a good last minute dress.
