Update: the customer service was very friendly and contacted me to send a replacement. Definitely impressed after interacting with them. Lot of times, even if the product isn't up to snuff because you're still developing it but if you treat your customers well, you will have repeat customers.We thoroughly checked the replacement, it was not warped nor exhibit any signs of cracks. Will update on how things go. I hope this unit will last us a while. But definitely props to their customer service. I have updated my review to four stars.This is my old review.We bought this for our Son, he did not use for the first two weeks or so , and then just two weeks of using it, it warped and cracked all over. One of the wheels got stuck and would not move. There was no mud, just the warp had affected the wheel mount. Unfortunately our return window closed, so we are stuck with a junk. Would not recommend buying this.
