I just used this mat for the first time, and I have to admit, I’m a little on the fence. I love the feel of the mat, it is totally noiseless when I reposition my hands and feet, the alignment markers are helpful, and the top grip is very good. My only real issue is that it isn’t grippy enough on the underside, and was migrating across the floor during my practice. I was using it on top of a relatively flat weave area rug, so maybe that’s the issue, but I don’t have many other options as far as where to practice. I haven’t decided if this is a deal breaker for me yet as there are so many things I really love about it. May return.
