This elliptical unit works great, no noises, and adjustable magnetic resistance. We have it set up in our bedroom and my wife will jump on it before going to the kitchen for breakfast, is her way of busting her metabolism. I don’t hear anything. She loves it because is gentle on her knees. No impact like on a treadmill. Stable for a light jog speed. Sprinting I will not recommend it, unless you can add some anchors to the floor. Not happening… My daughter at 120 lb 5’5” she can sprint no problem on it. I am 150 lb 5’7” and I can do a fast pace but is not a 100 meter sprint is more like a good jog. Great trainer. Like the no impact, easy use, easy change resistance, easy start time with star of motion. Holds my phone or small tablet.
