I love these belts, I love the ease of tightening the belt in the buckle. Just slide the belt through the buckle to the tightness you like and you are set. To loosen it is a small lever on the bottom side of the buckle, just pull on the belt and slide the belt out. It's a great belt for WORK because the Buckle's metal scratches all to hell. Was going to buy sets for my sons but after wearing one and seeing what the buckle looks like I decided against it.
