As an RN, I can say this is a decent stethoscope for the price. I use a Littman cardiology II stethoscope which is similar. Obviously the Littman is much higher quality but this stethoscope does a pretty good job. Everything is put together really well. It comes with extra eartips and Diaphragms. The ear tips are comfortable. If you can’t hear anything you are putting it in your ears wrong. The tips always need to face forward. This has a non chill ring and the head can be flipped depending on what you are listening to. Great stethoscope for someone who is just starting out or wants to use it at home.
