When I opened the package, I thought OMG too pieces and no instructions! However, they were very easy to inflate. Just find the end on each letter with the green arrows tab, pull open the tabs slightly, and use the small straw given to slide open the tab even more. Push the straw down in further, leaving enough out to put your lips on. As you blow on the straw, use your fingers to pinch or seal off the hole so that when you blow, no air escapes. After it’s inflated pull the straw out and pinch the tab close, then tada! Stringing the letters should be easy, just arrange them how you want to hang then begin at one end and go through each pair of hole at the tip of each letter. I did this in a last minute rush. So believe me, it’s easy! The only thing is that they don’t deflate easy, which I guess is a good thing?
