Not my favorite product. I thought having the extra extended part would be awesome but I am not a fan of it. The back part also is very big and not soft. I would not buy this product again, but we did end up keeping it because the price is right and it will work for yoga and stretching. Definitely not my favorite height of ab mat but it is very durable and is made very well.
