I am so in love with this product. I have purchased it in Apple, Blueberry, and Peach flavors and may be mildly addicted to them. I am using them to assist with my weight loss, as they make me feel full in between meals! It also gives me a sense of control in what I am eating, which has been great for my mentality around diet.In terms of flavors, I think the apple and peach are better than the blueberry, but I don't dislike the blueberry at all either. It just tastes less like real blueberries and more like blueberry flavoring, where as the peach and apple taste just like the real fruits.Pros:- delicious - no artificial taste- filling; they fill me up for a few hours between meals- help satiate cravings for sweets without blowing my diet- low calorie, no carb- have a long expiration time of over a year- don't need to be refrigerated (though they recommend you do); saves storage when you have a lotCons:- fairly expensive, $2 per pouch is not cheap, especially when you have them daily like I do- contain artificial sweetenersI've also not experienced any issues with mold like some reviewers state. Overall, I can't recommend this product enough.
