It does the job BUT

It is very hard to install . It might be better if I had another person to help me stretch the fabric so the velcro would adhered well. It is not smooth and the velcro is not completely attached. It stays put though! The length is good ,covers the areas I need to keep the rail cool enough to use.

These made all the difference in getting out of the pool with the ladder. Awesome grip!

May need frequent cleaning to maintain appearance
