I’ve ordered this style dress from 3 sellers. This one fits the best. The other sellers were narrower in the hips and thighs but about the same in the chest. I think your size in this Thanth dress is mostly predicated on chest size. I’m 5’4 about 180 lbs but only a 36/38B. The medium fits great and the large would be too big. The medium hangs loosely on my hips and thighs and falls just to my feet. If my chest were larger, though, I’m not sure the elastic waist would sit correctly below the girls. You might need a larger size but, in the unflattering, braless pics, I’ve tried to show that there’s still a lot of room. Also, it’s not one of those dresses that hangs softly in the front but looks tight and yucky in the back—it hangs well all the way around (even with a very large backside) I have this dress in 3 colors.
