Living in Hawai’i very familiar with what a true "beach coverup” is intended to be, a quick-dry stylish garment worn over a bathing suit into public places where others are dressed in street clothes. This garment fits the bill. I originally ordered the blue-and-white vertical stripe and was so happy with it I ordered this item and may order more.At 5’6” and 130lbs the garment is long enough to touch just above mid-ankle. Generous size the side seams allow room for arms and two hidden front pockets to hold phone/keys is a bonus you don’t find in most Beach coverups. Fabric dries quickly when wet, sand does not stick to material, and with the top button unbuttoned I simply slip the garment over my head and it hangs beautifully. Launder cold water permanent pressure, hang to dry and ready to go! This material is a reptile pattern, much different from the striped (original) purchase, and although the garment used the same pattern look entirely different when worn. Very happy, highly recommend!
