My sons both play soccer. Lots of running and different angles that the foot needs to be at when jumping or having to make a quick move to the left or right. My youngest played indoor and unfortunately injured his Achilles on artificial turf. Doc called it tendonitis of the Achilles. Now, I wasnt expecting this to solve the problem since the only thing to fix it is rest.but I hoping that it would absorb more shock than it does on the non injured foot. He mentioned he didnt feel much difference with them in or not. It's possible that he may have flat feet and he would need a different insert. But I was hoping it would support them a little better and it doesnt appear that it does.
