So I was really upset that, after taking all my measurements and being reassured by other reviewers that this was true to size, when I tried to put this one the first time, I thought it was way too small. At first, I had about a seven-inch gap in the lacing--not sexy and thought that I should have gotten a size up. Then it clicked--duh, it's a corset! I started tightening the laces to what initially seemed impossible lengths, but I continued to suck it in, tug on the strings and eventually found a perfect fit. It was super sexy, well built for such a great price, and worked perfectly for my vampire costume. I only wish the laces were a better/stronger material as they are comparable to standard satin ribbon.
