Thinner than expected.
I love the color, it matches the color scheme of my daughter's room. It's the perfect size for crib as the baby blankets are now a bit small. It's super soft, so could make a good throw for the little one, but it is very thin, so not a winter blanket, but maybe as second bedding layer under a comforter if you get really cold winters or don't want to crank up the heat.
