Hula Hoop Skirt - my new review
My wife was very disappointed in this petticoat. It has a plastic hoop at the bottom which she was not expecting. She thought it would just have tulle at the bottom. There also is hardly any tulle on skirt. I will be returning this item.
- The dislike is that it is a little short but otherwise it fit perfectly
- The bottom has a round wired. I took it off and it feels better under my wedding dress.
