Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.
Bought marriage. Every purchase here is like 2022 roulette. Ordered 2 mattresses, both dirty, one torn. Market does not get in touch.

- They brought a torn mattress. Delivered in the form of a roll in a multilayer film. There were no external defects. After unpacking, it turned out that this mattress was pierced with rebar or something similar during transportation. As a result, it is impossible to contact the support service about a replacement or compensation for repairs. Even about the return of complexity, tk. you can’t roll it back into a small roll, and with these dimensions, not all delivery services work for returns.
